The CEO Roundtable of Tanzania (CEOrt) was founded in 2000 by a small group of CEOs. Help Other People Excel (H.O.P.E) Tanzania is a nonprofit foundation with the purpose of introducing primitive communities around Lake Eyasi region to excel and meet normal important basic needs.

Lake Eyasi region is inhabited by nomadic pastoralist, hunting and gathering society. The land is so new to social economic activities and facilities. Institute worldwide is a non government organization that was founded by Mr. Paul Saidi Bagenyeka in 2005.

It has been offering different course like Hotel management and catering course, computer applications, secretarial course, graphic design, Accounting package and nursery school teacher’s course Adult education and illiteracy eradication program.

The college has been the home of poor and neglected Tanzanian youth who couldn’t afford to join the above mentioned courses due to the high expenses charged by other college be it private or government funded.

Since its formation in 2005, more than 1000 Tanzanians have passed through our college successively and now being employed in leading hotels, restaurants and many other companies in the country and outside the country.

Kawa Training Center is an NGO that works at the heart of these recent developments. In order to preserve the cultural, environmental, and historical heritage of Zanzibar we are educating young Zanzibarian residents to become professional tour guides trained in sustainable tourism.

Currently, young people in Zanzibar do not benefit from the tourism industry as much as they should and often they have difficulty finding employment. At the same time, tour operators and hotels frequently find themselves hiring non-local staff because of a lack of qualified local applicants.

Our Center’s aim is to change this tendency by providing the local youth with the necessary knowledge and skills spoken for by the tourism-industry.

Students at Kawa training Center pay a small fee that covers a part of the costs of the training. However, to continue our courses and make sure that the high standard is being upheld we are in need of support of volunteers & donors.

Today, a host of problems are hindering environmentally sustainable development in Tanzania, whether on land or at sea. Illegal and unsustainable deforestation A majority of Tanzanians rely on wood and agricultural residues for their energy needs, causing deforestation and environmental degradation. The problem, of course, doesn?t stop there. Deforested areas no longer provide a home for wildlife - leading to biodiversity loss - and are also susceptible to soil erosion.
