OMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION FORUM is a Community Based / Non profit making organization formed in Feb.2009 and duly registered WCBO/413/10 The organization currently operates in WAKISO District (the biggest District in Uganda) . This foundation was established to help and support disadvantaged children, sustain livelihoods and human rights for the most vulnerable members of the community, regardless of their ,Race, National origin, gender, disability, religious belief or political affiliations aiming at raising the standards of living of the community as a whole. These include Orphans and vulnerable children, youth out of school, the disabled, who are unable to meet basic needs in life and HIV / AIDS infected and affected persons. We work for welfare of orphans and vulnerable children, youth, social, economic and advancements.
