In 2011 we started a project in Uganda in partnership with various evangelical Romanian communities around the world, aiming to build a missionary base that will meet the needs of the surrounding communities through a primary school for children living in the local community, a pharmacy and medical clinic, a library and an IT media training center. Our missionary base is located in the eastern part of Uganda, near the Town Council of Buyaga, Bulambuli District. The aim of our ministry is to empower the local community to use existing resources and learn to develop new ways and means to improve their living standards. More than raising the standard of living, HCA wants to expose the community to examples of authentic Christian life based on biblical truths.
