Who We Are Hope Hearts Ministries is a registered Non-Governmental Organization Reg (No: 11972) based in Kampala Uganda, HHM was started with the aim of serving the street children and disadvantaged children in the local communities. we there for exist to extend the love of our lord, teach, show the marginalized children in our communities the love, joy and hope of our lord jesus and to secure a better life for them to live off the streets. HHM works in hand with local churches, Christian non government organizations as a one body and to demonstrate the love of our GOD within a holistic model that takes care of their basic, physical, educational, spiritual, social, and emotional needs.
