Formed and registered in 2016 with Arua District, incorporated with Registrar of Companies in 2016 and Registered with National NGO Board in 2016, West Nile Community Action for Rural Development (WN-CARD) is a Ugandan Community Based, Multidisciplinary, non–profit making, Local Non-Governmental Organization working in West Nile Sub-Region of Uganda. Headquartered in Arua City in the West Nile Sub-Region of Uganda, WN-CARD continues to make a profound and progressive contribution towards the development of rural communities and Refugees in Uganda in the areas of Environment and Energy, Education, Sustainable Agriculture, gender and equality and Community Health. WN-CARD works with a number of partners in the implementation of its mission.
