When 2 men passionate about their community meet, some magic can happen. John Luyima and Sulaiman Kaweesi, met in 2015, as they were seeking action to take towards the benefice of Naminya’s children. John brought up the case of newly orphans, collateral victims of HIV. Together they took over the care of these Children and Shield Of Faith Community Empowerment Organisation was launched. Since then, SoFCEO expanded its actions towards 40 Children, covering for the school fees for all, and a full care for 15 children. SoFCEO became an NGO as of June 19 2019, after being a registered community charity since 2016.They might not save the village from poverty, but they for sure make a change in the in their beloved community​
