Kazi mingi foundation was established as a Community Based Organisation which is registered by by the District Non-Government Organisation Monitoring Committee as focused initiative and later officially incorporated. VISION: To turn challenges into opportunity MISION: To bring out mature and fully empowered young women and men who have the capacity to make a difference in there lives and that of other surrounding communities. OBJECTIVES 1.To provide Vocational training to unemployed youth and recent school drop-outs to enhance employability and provide askilled foundation to build acareer-therefore reducing levels unemployment. 2.To empower young People to believe in their dreams and to enable the acquisition of income (through formal and informal job prospect)so that they can support their household and families. 3.Foster achange in community atitudes where by every body is given the opportunity to succed.
