Myungsung Christian Medical center (MCM) was established in 2004 by the Myungsung Presbyterian Church, Korea, with the joint objectives of providing quality health care to the people of Ethiopia and training Ethiopian medical professionals. Since its inception the hospital has been treating increasing numbers of patients suffering from a wide variety of communicable and non-communicable diseases, both medical and surgical. In 2012, Myungsung Medical College (MMC) was also established by the Myungsung Presbyterian Church of Korea. The inaugural MMC class of 23 talented students have embarked on an exciting journey of learning and discovery, committed to become excellent doctors truly caring for the human lives who will be trusted in their hands.
